    J. I'm not going to advertise that I'm you biggest fan (which I am). I will tell you that I feel that you are one of the greatest guitarists who ever lived. One of two, Jimmy Page is quite special as well. Anyhow, I know that you are a private guy, and if I had to guess, quite introverted. I've been to every show of yours that I could possibly make it to. Anyhow, as cheesy as it may sound, I wish you would run a contest such as "Win a day/lunch/dinner etc with J. Mascis". It would be a great way for crazy fans such as myself to sit down with you and maybe learn a few tricks of the trade to better our guitar skills, and to maybe slightly get to know you better as a person (even if you could care less). All the best to you and your family- Sincerely, Ed
